CITY OF BELLEVUE WATER SERVICE LINE INVENTORY
The Ohio EPA has mandated that the City of Bellevue needs to submit an inventory of all water service connections in our public water supply. We need your help! Please fill out one of the attached survey forms and submit a handwritten letter to the Utility Billing office or email an electronic copy to LCRI@cityofbellevue.com. Forms need to be submitted by September 1st. Also attached below is a walkthrough of how to determine what your service line is made of. Any other questions please contact the Water Superintendent 419-484-5520. Thank you!
